Terms & Conditions

Last updated August 27, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Mission CFO website. By browsing this site or contacting us through it, you agree to them. Please read the disclaimer in section 3 in particular.

1. Who we are

Mission CFO is a financial and operational consulting practice owned and operated by Ryan Martin, CPA, based in Canton, Georgia. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “Mission CFO” refer to that practice; “you” refers to the person or organization using this website.

2. Use of this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to any part of it, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit unlawful, misleading, or harmful material.

3. This website is not professional advice

The content on this site is general information about the services we offer. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it does not create a client relationship or a CPA–client relationship. Every business situation is different. Do not act on anything you read here without engaging a qualified professional to review your specific circumstances.

A client relationship with Mission CFO begins only when both parties sign a written engagement letter that describes the scope of work, fees, and responsibilities. Submitting the contact form does not create one.

4. Engagements and fees

The services described on this site are delivered under a separate written engagement letter. Where that engagement letter and these website terms conflict, the engagement letter governs. Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms are set out there, not here.

5. Your information

Information you send us through this website, including anything you enter in the contact form, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send sensitive financial records, account numbers, tax identification numbers, or other confidential material through the website form. We will tell you how to transmit those securely once an engagement begins.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Mission CFO or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. See our Copyright Policy for what you may and may not do with it.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about its accuracy, completeness, reliability, or continuous availability. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mission CFO and Ryan Martin, CPA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mission CFO and Ryan Martin, CPA from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
